I had been suffering from treatment resistant depression since college. Multiple SSRIs and psychiatrists and nothing seemed to truly help. I finally got my testosterone level checked and it was extremely low for a guy my age. Dr. Eckert and team are the best! Always so helpful and all your conditions or physical factors in mind when they provide HRT. They go low and slow which is really appreciated from a 1st time user. Updated to add: the company is threatening to sue me if I dont take this honest, factual review down. Avoid them at all costs.I should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere when the initial consultation with Dr. Eckert was rushed, he talked over me, and didnt listen. But, like many women seeking BHRT, I was desperate for help, so I ignored things I shouldnt have. Things seemed good for the first few months. I was feeling better, so I was willing to put up with short, rushed appointments, disorganized billing, and calls that didnt get returned. However, despite taking the meds exactly as directed I started feeling horrible again, and recent labs show that my hormone levels are basically where they were prior to starting BHRT. I have to wonder what Ive been spending $95 a month for, plus consult and lab fees. Kristi, NP, provided no compassion and gave short responses that didnt provide any of the answers I was looking for. Their practice manager basically blamed me for the meds not working. WHAT?!! I unfortunately made the mistake of referring some friends to Eckert and am embarrassed and grossed out at the things he asked one of them. Totally inappropriate in his wording. Do yourself a big favor and keep looking. Do NOT trust these people.

I had a very negative experience with Hormonify. I saw them advertised on a billboard and was hoping they could help me. After being given the run around and waiting days for them to get back to me and told conflicting information by the receptionist, I requested to speak to someone else. Instead of helping me, I was accused me of being abusive with the staff, which I was not, and told me they are busy and I should go elsewhere. This is terrible customer service all around.

The most unorganized office,changed my appointment 3 times to see the gyn dr, apparently dr Eckerd doesn’t do exams I’m not sure who does but I just got fed up with the lack of concern and care,just pushing the hormones but any other issues you need to find someone else

They care, they listen to the patient and do what they can (and then some) to help patients. I recommend this office to anyone having hormonal issues. I have a choice of either going into the office or telehealth. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Eckert is the most rudest, arrogant and unprofessional physician that I have ever encountered. I will never recommend anyone visit him.

Just want to update my review as I have been a patient if Dr Eckert for 8 years ... He is my go to doctor for almost everything as he ties all together. I am 60 years old and he gives me the supplements I need besides bio identical hormones . I would HIGHLY recommend bio identical hormone over anything- it will change your life!!

I have never been so grateful to have a doctor like Dr. Eckert. Since becoming a patient years ago, he cares and is ALWAYS there when I need something. My wife said I should get my hormones checked because the way I was feeling, I had muscle weakness, sore muscles, stiffness and body pain. I was one of Dr. Eckerts first patients when he opened his practice over 30 years ago. He delivered my daughter in 1989 and has taken care of my well women health ever since. In the last handful of years, I have been taken hormones to regulate the craziness that goes on in our bodies as we age. At 60 years old now, I feel great and have never had any menopause symptoms. Nurse Kristi is heaven sent. God didn’t make a mistake when he sent me to her. She took me in her arms and made me so comfortable. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eckert for years now, and all I can say is good things. A few weeks ago I started the MIC B12, and have lost 2 inches of my waistline. I’m very happy with the results.

I have been suffering from night sweats for a few years now and recently started struggling with just maintaining my weight even though I followed a well balanced calorie deficit diet containing plenty of protein, tracked my food intake and worked with a trainer 3 times per week. All of my doctors kept telling me that I was fine and to just keep eating heathy and exercising. I felt something was off and finally decided to give Hormonify a try and I am so glad I did! In my case my insurance covered all consultations for just a copay and the hormones are VERY affordable. Three weeks into taking the hormones I no longer wake up to a wet pillow, and the scale started moving in the right direction without changing my diet or workout routine. I also noticed a sense of calm that I havent felt in years. I didnt even now how anxious I felt until I didnt feel that way anymore. EVERY woman needs to know about this!!!

Dr Eckert basically saved my life!  I was having all the symptoms of peri menopause at a young age, but the Dr I was seeing at the time was not taking me seriously, did not do blood work & literally looked at me said you are too young, go home & make a cup of tea. Really?!  Flash forward, my girlfriend told me about her Dr. (Eckert) so I went expecting to be told the same.  Not only did he sit with me for about 30 mins first visit while I cried & rattled off my symptoms from depression, weight gain, night sweats to my husband & kids thinking Id lost my mind.  He immediately ordered blood work & when it came back he again sat with me to explain what it all meant & we put together a plan best suited for me.  My experience has been amazing with him & whole staff!  My daughter also sees him & several of my girlfriends Ive sent who also were not happy with their previous experiences with Drs not helping them through early stages of menopause.  I feel amazing, lost the weight, barely have night sweats anymore & my husband & kids like me again!

My name is Gabriela, I started the menopause treatment with Dr.Eward and Dra. Kristi in late February. In May I had Covid and it was as if the treatment I did had no effect. I went back to them in August to let them know I wouldnt do it anymore. But the way they receive you, the attention they give to what you say, the affection with which I was treated and the respect made me give up on finishing and I started the treatment again. What impressed me the most was the strength, the encouragement they give you, the way you get out of there was strengthened, believing that I would be able to reverse the situation. I thank everyone at the clinic, the doctors and also Thaisa and Vitaliya for the enormous attention I was treated. At the time I stopped taking medication for depression and anxiety and now I use more natural products.

They sent me initially long needles and aspect to give yourself a shot 3 times a week and when İ called for smaller needles İ have been transfere 5 times but eventually Rita solved the problem. İ used the new needles and very pleased with Rita. She is a great customer service person. Now İ had an allergic reaction to B12 medicine. Rita is again trying to send me a replacement without amino acids in it . İ am pleased with Rita s affords so I decided to give a chance to this treatment. İf İ get what they promised İ will change my stars to full 5 stars.

Dr Eckert and hormone therapy has changed my life. I had extremely heavy bleeding from fibroid tumors which resulted in 12 weeks of IV iron infusions. Prior doctor recommended a hysterectomy but the hormones resolved the problem. With the vitamin regime Dr Eckert recommended, I’ve never felt better and never seem to get the colds and flu that go around each year.

I went to hormonify for a recommendation of a friend, I paid for service for a year, in that year I never got good results, my prescription was change 3 different times. When I want to speak with the doctor, I was blocked by 2 employees name Veta and David, they were very nasty and uncooperative. Doctor prescribe blood test and when the lab results came they didnt call me, a month went by. Vita lied to the doctor and said she tried to call me twice. I never received any message, they intentionally lied to the doctor because they were in jeopardy of loosing their jobs. I was told that I have to paid $599 for another year of service before I could get my lab results. I DO NOT RECOMEND this doctor and his office staff, all they care is about MONEY.

I cant say enough good about Dr. Eckert and his team. As I write this Im 53 and seeking to maintain optimal levels of fitness and cognition for the duration of my life. Most unethical and obnoxious experience. I asked to have my appt with Dr Eckard because Kristi is Obnoxious and I couldn’t stand her. I ended up having my appt with both her and dr Echard. They were 1/2 late, super annoying talking over each other making rude jokes and nothing made sense. These two clowns need to go back to the circus where they belong!

A friend recommended this hormone treatment for few problems I was having like emotional, weight management and mood swings. I been taking the hormones with Doctor Ecker for about a year now and I have to say I’m doing great 😊 I have my ideal weight back no mood swings and I feel healthier..

Dr. Eckert is an extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced doctor. I feel so positive about his course of treatment!I do feel uncomfortable when Dr. Eckert exhibits confidence in trying to “diagnose” psychological issues that he believes are present. It is a clinical psychologist that diagnoses and treats psychological issues. Dr. Eckert can make a referral to a highly qualified clinical psychologist but it is the patient’s decision whether she/he wants to pursue the referral.

I have been seeing Dr. Eckert for several years and also Kristi his NP. They are so knowledgeable about BHRT and always listen and resolve those issues that arise during menopause. Office staff is great too!

Actually, I was suffering from a relapse of Ulcerative Colitis and nothing my gastroenterologist was doing was helping. Dr. Eckert recommended four supplements that I should take and by the third day I was feeling remarkably better. It is now been four straight weeks that I have felt great, when none of the medicine that the gastroenterologist gave me made me feel well or improved my condition for three months. I am now off of all of the prior medications and only taking the supplements that Dr. Eckert recommended. Thank you so much for giving me my life back!

Very displeased with their work. First it took 3 weeks and 4 days to get my results for a pap smear. I had to call and ask for my own results and they said they would call me the next day but i had to call and ask again before they closed in 2 hrs. There is also a long wait which doesnt bother me too much but would have preferred less. The doctor removed my implanon for me but it hurt worse taking it out than going in. Granted it was in longer than it should have been but as soon as he gave me the numbing shot he started cutting right away. I told him I feel every thing can we wait for the numbing to kick and and he said ok we will take a break. After it was removed there was not talk about after care and he was going to let me walk out with only butterfly strips for the wound. I asked for a bandage and the nurse gave me a band aid which bled through. The nurse offered me water and ibuprofen but forgot about me in the back after the surgery was done. I will not be going here for anything.

If you are serious about hormones replacement Choose another practice. This one Not only does Not follow up with patients , after starting them on hormone replacement, but also does not refill the prescription leaving patients homeostasis in complete disarray. Very Unprofessional

Unfortunately I bought the plan for a year of treatment and was disappointed. To schedule with the doctor, the wait is at least 15 days, I was prescribed the wrong hormones twice without doing tests. dissatisfied with the treatment I asked for a refund of the money for 4 months of treatment but I was not answered.

Bio-identical hormone therapy is definitely the way to go to help increase bone density in menopausal women. I have been a patient for over 10 years on bio-identical hormones for this reason and have been pleased with the results.
